Wonderful

The area was very nice, room spacious, location as well, close to the beach. We rented car and did small trips in the area. I read lot of references before booking and there were some negative opinions about staff. Staff was actually very nice and helpful.

Well the food wasn't the best quality. Selection was huge, but variety and quantity exceeded quality.

Good all inclusive stay

Location. Spread across a good area so things weren’t all on the same place. Multiple bars to choose from. Nice staff. Food was good.

Pool (specially the kids one) seemed to be undersized. It’s pretty much impossible to find a free chair to sit. The restaurant had the plates below the food, behind where people queue. You couldn’t get a plate without “drill” through the queue. Like the pool, it was not easy to find a free and clean table during meals.

A great place to chill and enjoy!

It's a beatiful place with great facilities, great food and lovely atmosphere overall. We enjoyed spending time by the pools, and wellness areas as well as the quick access to the beach. Food was very diverse and you alway see something new.

The room could use more lights, our room was on the ground floor so we liked to close the blinds but there was not much light in the room.

Very Good

Amazing facilities. This place has so much potential. Beach is fantastic, rooms were beautiful. Pool gorgeous.

Food was hit and miss. A little more attention to detail would make this place so much better.Staff at the kids club didn't seem like they wanted to be there. They were happily staring into their phones instead of engaging with the kids.

We loved what the hotel offers but it is too busy

We loved the rooms, the pools, the beach, the way they maintain the gardens looking beautiful. We loved the food too!

It is a really big complex, so it was very busy. We hated we had to pay to use the chairs and umbrellas at the beach, even as AI guests! €15 per day, its a bit too much! The pool was so busy that people had to put their towels to reserve chairs at 7am! Loads of people just stayed by the pool the whole day having drinks… this kind of place. The dinning room was super busy, you constantly crash with people in the buffet area. The type of customer there is also not the friendliest or polite!

Lovely resort

Beautiful resort!! Yoga in the mornings and great buffet! Beautiful beach access, rooms well maintained, maintenance quick to come to room if any problems :)

Staff often quite rude. At first dinner (themed dinner) no staff acknowledged our group, we were unsure where to sit/where the entrance was. Staff took plates whilst still eating, staff then turned lights off whilst we were still sitting at the restaurant and before time of close. Checkout staff extremely rude!! Very bizarre interaction.

Good relax

- Large beautiful well-maintained area - Location is close to the ocean and the sandy beach - Swimming pools, especially one for kids - Mini disco in the evening - Friendly staff - All Inclusive really works there - I didn't have to pay anything "unexpectedly" - Presence of various shops inside the hotel area

- Staff is mostly friendly, but there are so many people working there, you definitely gonna meet some grumpy individuals - Communication is hard - room service ladies mostly speak Spanish and do not speak English - You can't really expect personalised attitude - we've had a persistent problem and we had to explain it again and again to a number of different people (though if the problem is trivial, it is solved quickly) - Food in the restaurant is ok on average - awesome meet and awful "fresh" vegetables - Water temperature regulation in bathroom is entirely random, during our 2,5 week stay we still couldn't figure it out - it could suddenly change from cold to hot and back, and there is very little you can do - Sound insulation in our room was bad - we heard people walking, talking and moving furniture on the next floor regularly - Sofa was broken - Wardrobe door was broken - Fridge in the room didn't work - Ants in the room (those bastards have eaten my cookies over the night) P.S. I should say that these problems were annoying, but didn't influence our stay significantly. We had a good rest and our overall impression is positive.

Fantastic for relaxing by the pool in a beautiful property

The property is new and clean and really well landscaped. It location right next to the beach was ideal for us. Everything was very clean and the pool and sunbathing areas are really nice with plenty of space. We had a great family holiday with our six year old daughter. There is also a kids club that we used a little bit and they have a nightly kids disco

THe all inclusive is not all inclusive. The standard all inclusive gives the lower standard alcohol and only 2 cocktail choices. If you want all drinks included you have to pay to upgrade. The food is ok but could be better and this would push the hotel into a 10/10. There is one main restaurant and although there are plenty of options the meat cuts could be better quality and it can get very busy at dinner time

Relaxing stay at Princess Hotel

Hotel location is perfect, good for relax at the beach and hiking. Staff were friendly and very helpful, both at reception and dining areas. Wifi is available in the entire area, however, erratic at times. Food was good with a lot of choices. Good coffee in bars. Many green areas within the property. Car rental available on site. A supermarket near by. Room was very clean, cleaned everyday.

Coffee in machines tasteless. Internet connection chocking when in use by many people. Not enough sunbeds around the pool, finding one during the daytime was close to impossible.

Wonderful

Fantastic place to stay with kids. Great swimming pool. Very good location. We made day trips almost everyday to nearby beaches and restaurants. Direct access to beach. We had a room with a sea view. All we could ask for from a winter gateway :) We had only breakfast - food is a typical all inclusive.
